There is no charge to register, and ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø welcomes all vendors to register to the Florida Purchasing Group. Feel free to call BidNet’s Support Team at (800) 835-4603, option 2 if you need assistance with registration or using the BidNet system.

NOTE: 

1. Vendor is responsible for BidNet registration and any cost associated with obtaining automatic email notification and document access of formal bidding documents.
2. Firms who obtain solicitation documents from other sources, other than ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø’s Purchasing Department and BidNet sites, should not rely upon the accuracy of the information. ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and/or documents obtained from other sources.
3. Informal quotations under $50,000 are solicited and awarded by each university department.
